PrivateSt. Michael's Catholic School is coed and welcomes students of all races, creeds and national origin. It offers classes beginning at age three and pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. The school also offers an extended day program for families who need child supervision until 5:30 p.m. One of the goals of St. Michael's school is the creation of an "Intentional Christian Community," which fosters a sense of justice, reverence for God, and respect for our fellow humans. The mission of Victoria College is to provide educational opportunities and services for its students and the communities it serves. It provides Associate Degrees and Certificates, University Transfer, Career and Technical Education, Academic Foundations, Continuing Education, Adult Education, Student Support, and Cultural and Intellectual Outreach. The University of Houston - Victoria is also located 28 miles from Cuero in the city of Victoria, Texas. UHV is a dynamic destination university in the Coastal Bend Region of Texas.
